This fall, you can join the Public Policy Lab in transforming public services as a fellow, associate, or intern.

  • Fellows are professional designers with work experience related to human-centered service design.
  • Associates are recent graduates or people with work experience from an adjacent field but no college degree.
  • Interns are current undergraduate or graduate students with experience or interest in human-centered design.

Fellows, associates, and interns will contribute to all phases of PPL project work, from ethnographic research through evaluation, and PPL organizational activities from project development to communications and events. They will be mentored by PPL staff, join our international network of fellows, and get paid.

Check out the fellowship, associate, and internship job descriptions and submit your information by 5 p.m. on July 20th.
